Organizing tours of relevant housing options (up to 20 hours and appr. 10 houses / appartements)
Accompaniment on the tours including pick up and interpreting services
Negotiation and finalization of lease in accordance with company policies
Translation of the main items of the rental agreements
Arrange contact with moving companies and get appraisals
Help with setting up a security payment
Organize hand-over appointments

Extras

We are happy to provide extra services, not covered by the features of our service packages. The need for these ser-vices may arise from circumstances during the expats stay that could not be foreseen.

For example:

Interpreting service during first Aid courses
Interpreting services in negotiations between neighbours or Landlord
Move within duration of stay
Registering newborn Children
Changing registrations because of changes in marital status
Registering new vehicles

These extra services will be billed by the hour.

In some cases we work in cooperation with other firms. The charges related to this will be billed separately, directly by the companies concerned.
